School Ownership
Carmel Adventist College Primary is part of a world wide system of schools. As such it is governed by established operational procedures that are consistent throughout the entire system.
The West Australian HEAD OFFICE supervises operations of schools in this state. It is known as Adventist Christian Schools WA (ACSWA) and located at 44-60 Station Rd, Gosnells.
School Council
The School Council is responsible for:
1. financial management of the school
2. maintenance of a satisfactory enrolment
3. caring for the operation and maintenance of the physical plant of the school.
4. approving all enrolments
5. verifying suspension, and approving expulsion, of students as necessary
The Home and School Association
The association organises meetings of special interest to the parents of the school, including social gatherings, and engages in fund raising activities which provide additional equipment for the school.
Members of the school family who feel that they may have an interest in assisting with this committee are invited to contact the school principal.
